Nenad Denovich

Mr. Denovich has been employed with MaRous & Company and has been an exemplary appraiser since 2005. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Kansas, Nenad joined MaRous & Company.

He is valued as a reliable appraiser and credible opinion for the company. He eventually became a General Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and a State of Illinois Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He has appraised properties for the purpose of financing, condemnation, estate planning, real estate tax appeal, and property acquisition and disposition. He has also been accepted as an expert witness.
